We Swap  is an online vehicle marketplace platform accessible via our website, www.we-swap.com and our mobile application (“Platform”). Our Platform allows sellers, who may be private sellers, businesses, or car dealerships (herein referred to as “Sellers”), to display their vehicle(s) for sale or “swap” to potential purchasers (herein referred to as “Buyers”).

These Dealers Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the terms upon which we will make our Platform available to you and should be carefully read in conjunction with the other terms also referred to herein.

We Swap  and our Platform is operated and managed by Swap Any Car Ltd t/a We Swap. We are a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 14413684). Our registered office address is Unit 2 99 – 101 Kingsland Road, Hoxton, London, England, E2 8AG) (“We Swap”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.


These Terms refer to the following additional terms, which shall also apply to your use of our Platform:

  • Platform Terms and Conditions , which sets out the Platform Terms and Conditions of our Platform. When using our Platform, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Our Privacy Policy , which sets out how we will process your personal data.
  • Our Cookie Policy, which sets out information about the cookies we use on our Platform.
  • Our Acceptable Use Policy , which sets out the permitted uses and prohibited uses of our Platform. When using our Platform, you must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.


  • Fees vary according to the Plan you have chosen and are listed in the description of the Plan. All Plans provide full access to our Platform and include premium listings and priority access to “quick offers”. 
  • Other than our Pay As You Go Plan, all other Plans are on a subscription basis (“Subscription Plan”) and have a minimum term of 30 days (“Subscription Term”). Subscription Plans shall automatically renew on a monthly basis unless terminated. 
  • Fees for our Pay As You Go Plan will be payable immediately upon taking out the Plan. Subscription Fees for our Subscription Plans are payable monthly in advance. We will invoice you for the first month’s Subscription Fees (on a pro-rata basis) which will be sent to you by email to the email address you have used to register an account with us. For recurring Subscription Fees, you are required to set up a monthly standing order beginning on the 1st day of the next month. Failure to do so will result in you no longer being able to access our Platform.   
  • You may upgrade your Subscription Plan at any time during the Subscription Term. You can also downgrade the level of your Subscription Plan by giving 30 days’ written notice. 
  • If you wish to terminate or downgrade your Subscription Plan, you must give us a minimum of 30 days’ written notice, such notice shall not take effect until the end of the current Subscription Term. All notices should be sent to sales@we-swap.com
  • Please note that if you downgrade your Subscription Plan, you must ensure that the number of listings that are live on our Platform do not exceed the quota that is set out in the new Subscription Plan you have chosen. We will automatically remove any surplus listings by removing the oldest listings first. 
  • All Fees and Subscription Fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to change our Plans at any time. For Subscription Plans, we will give you 30 days’ notice of any changes.  
  • If you fail to pay the Fees or Subscription Fees applicable to the Plan you have purchased, we may suspend and/or terminate your access to the Platform.
  • By clicking accept, you agree to these Additional Terms which shall apply in addition to our Platform Terms and Conditions , Cookie Policy , Privacy Policy , and Acceptable Use Policy , displayed on our Platform.
